Refund and Returns Policy
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item(s) is unopened and in its original condition and packaging and we will refund the purchase price less shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please see Shipping Policy for further details regarding receiving damaged orders.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We cannot accept returns on opened products unless they are faulty. (contact customercare@clearheaddrinks.co.nz).
EXCHANGES
If you have received incorrect products please contact us as soon as possible via customercare@clearheaddrinks.co.nz so we can immediately rectify the problem and get the correct products out to you as soon as possible.
Exchanges will not be accepted under any other circumstances. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged – see Shipping Policy.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
